Hi, I’m Val!

I started my fitness journey in 2008 and eventually went on to compete nationally in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting. But the experiences that shaped me most weren’t the medals or competitions — they were the years spent learning how to rebuild and work with my body, not against it.

Through injuries, chronic pain, body-image struggles, and navigating an autoimmune condition, my perspective on training changed completely. It taught me that strength isn’t just about performance — it’s about feeling capable, confident, and supported in your everyday life.

Today, I help women build strength through Small-Group training and Virtual CrossFit with an approach that’s supportive, sustainable, and rooted in real life. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or looking to reconnect with yourself through movement, my goal is to help you feel stronger both physically and mentally — without the pressure to be perfect.

  • SMALL GROUP STRENGTH (for Women)

    Start your strength journey in a supportive small-group setting (max 4 participants) designed for women who want to get stronger, move well, and build confidence for life.

    Sessions are held in person in Winnipeg, MB at my private garage studio — a welcoming, focused environment where you’ll feel both supported and challenged.

    This program is designed to empower women of all ages, sizes, and experience levels. You’ll receive personalized coaching, clear guidance, and a community that lifts each other up. Together, we focus on:

    • Safe, effective movement patterns
    • Building knowledge and long-term strength
    • Encouragement, support, and accountability

    Membership
    • 1x week = $80 ($20.00/class)

    • 2x week = $140 ($17.50/class )

    • 3x week = $192 ($16.00/class)

  • VIRTUAL CROSSFIT

    Build strength and confidence from home in a supportive, coach-led virtual setting designed to help you move well, stay consistent, and feel connected — no matter where you’re starting from.

    If getting to the gym isn’t realistic right now, you can still build strength, stay accountable, and feel connected. Virtual classes bring coach-led training straight to your home, helping you move with confidence and consistency — no matter your space, schedule, or experience level.

    Each session includes a guided warm-up, focused movement prep, technique support, and a workout that’s adapted to you — your space, your equipment, and how you’re feeling that day. You’ll get real-time feedback and encouragement so you never feel like you’re training alone.

    No equipment? No problem.
    You can start with whatever you have — dumbbells, resistance bands, or just bodyweight — and we’ll tailor the workout to fit your setup.
